The solar electric system utilizes 24 Schott Solar 225 watt modules, totaling 5.4 kw paired with a Fronius 5100 inverter. The solar thermal hot water system includes two Solar Skies KS32 4' x 8' solar thermal panels and a 75 gallon Bradford White Eco Stor solar thermal tank with electric backup.Aall of the electrical and thermal runs from the roof run through interior chases in the house for a nice appearance, or for that matter no appearance except the panels on the roof :). The home owner also went with The Energy Detective monitoring device for whole house monitroing and solar production.

• CO2 reduction = 12,400 lbs or just over 6 tons of C02 reduction per year.
